The worst experience on a vacation I've had thus far reserving with these guys. I had 2 rooms reserved far in advance with super.com and reserving.com (with the purchased insurance mind you, both terrible agencies in refunding you your money). If you read the Diez Hotel website they claim both just a valid photo ID and easy cancellation if you run into any issues.

Day 1 - We arrive at Medellin and it is raining. Immediately we try to check in to our already paid-for rooms with passport and/or government-issued IDs. However, the hotel denied our party the ability to check in because there is an "unwritten rule" that government IDs must be Colombian despite this not being a written policy anywhere nor a warning upon reservation. The hotel did not attempt to remediate the issue or be helpful whatsoever despite already being paid $800 for 2 rooms. Fortunately, other hotels nearby do not play these games and were more than welcoming to provide us rooms (tyvm Jo and Joe Hotel, they were half the price and super accommodating having no said policy to accept paying guests).

For the entirety of the vacation, I spent the week trying to get my $800 reimbursed by the hotel and reservation agencies because no service or rooms were provided. However, surprise surprise no one wants to return the money (even after purchasing the insurance with the reservation company!) and I am working ways to recoup my expenses having already paid half of that for 2 rooms with Jo and Joe Hotel, which again, were more than amazing and cheaper.

Stay away from Diez Hotel and this reservation company if you want to avoid a nightmare and not get robbed out of hundreds of dollars.

Used them to book a room with two beds. The hotel put us in a room with one king and said it was the booking company's fault. They had no other rooms available and couldn't change it.

As a mexican client i had no chance to contact anybody to talk to...it's made very easy to book and pay but then, if you want to contact them or let them know anything, you have no email or a mexican number phone to call. Very bad experience

My experience with Reserving was phenomenal. I went with the intention of finding the perfect holiday for this summer, and so it was. They recommended numerous destinations to me (all of which were very cheap compared to what was on offer) and once I had booked, I could really see for myself that the holiday had been organised in the best possible way, even saving money, which never hurts. See you soon, Reserving, you have a new supporter from this year on!

Absolutely unacceptable. In our opionion and experience we can not recommend at all as their practices seem dubious. We suggest to stay away from this provider. We specifically booked a more luxurious type of room in the Grupotel Beach Resort on Ibiza with hot tub on a large balcony, upon arrival we were informed by the Hotel that our booking is in fact not this type of room. And of course the customer support can not be reached personally, processing of our issue is very slow and unpleasing via mail and up to this day we have not yet received any apology. We were offered a ridiculous compensation, absolutely unagreeable for the anger and disappointment this whole issue has brought us and especially in regards of the room value we should have gotten compared to what we actually received.
Stay with the well known and official booking providers, but dont try your luck with this one. We suggest to get in contact with your legal counsel if similar situations occur to you.

I booked at Barcelo Hotel taksim in Istanbul and completed all my booking details and paid for it. The amount has been deducted from my bank account, and the moment it got deducted from my bank account and pressed on continue to get a confirmation email, I received a message saying your booking is unconfirmed due to changes in room availability, and couldn't even go to any page and there is no customer service. I want my money to be refunded back to my bank account. How is this possible? You take money and then you send an email saying it’s not confirmed!! Please someone should give me a call back to solve it ASAP!!!

That was the worst experience in my life. We were about to travel with whole family to spend our Christmas time and few days extra in spa. A couple of days before our travel we start having sympthoms and we have contacted agency - resreving.com to change our booking. They said they are unable to because of the hotel and that we have to loose 100% of our resrevation which was over 250€. We got positive result of COVID and even that both agency and hotel haven´t offered a any kind of reimbursement or at least booking change.
Just to warn any potential clients - don´t take a risk, don´t consider this place for your vacations. Avoid stress and loose of your money .

Who is this company? They offer my property online, but I have no contract with them. They offer rooms without Authority. Be careful with company.
