Correcta. La habitación parecía llevar muy poco tiempo restaurada, lo cuál es de agradecer.
El apartamento estaba limpio y equipado, justo con el menaje para las personas que se podían alojar.
En la terraza una mesa para seis personas, con la misma cantidad de sillas, en un espacio muy optimista para poder alojar más de cuatro.
Eso si, el pasillo estaba sucio y siempre había un carro grande para recoger las sábanas y toallas de las habitaciones en el pasillo, la verdad es que no entiendo muy bién qué hacía ahi, pues en el resto de pisos no había nada que dificultara el paso.
No obstante, repetiríamos, pues la zona es confortable, tranquila ( en Semana Santa ), poco concurrida, cercana al centro de l'Estartit así cómo de la zona de playa.
Ideal si vas en familia con la mascota.

Apartamentos recien reformados. El interior, el moviliario, y los utensilios totalmente nuevos. Nevera grande. Sofá cama de matrimonio muy cómodo. TV muy grande. Terraza grande. Habitación de matrimonio grande y camas muy cómodas. Lavabo y ducha grande.

Lo único que nos molestó un poco fueron las gaviotas, que aunque eso no es culpa del hotel, habían muchísimas y no paraban de gritar. Algo bárbaro.

También comentar que las paredes son de papel. La pared del dormitorio da al salón de los vecinos de al lado y se escuchaban hablar como si estuvieran en el mismo dormitorio. Tuvimos que dormir alguna noche en el sofá cama del salón.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado, personal de recepción muy amable.
En la cocina, sartenes nuevas. Faltaban utensilios: no hay tijeras, pocos vasos.
Un fallo: no había agua caliente. La primera noche no nos pudimos duchar. Después de mucho buscar, encontramos la caldera en un armario de la habitación (último sitio donde yo hubiera dicho, suerte de mi marido), por cierto allí también estaba la escoba y la fregona (en un armario de la habitación de matrimonio?!!!?). Bien, pues la caldera estaba desenchufada.... hasta el dia siguiente no nos pudimos duchar, ya que el depósito tenía que calentar el agua.
El balcón bastante dejado, trozos de pared caídos.
El edificio en sí, dejadito..... olor a hospital, pasillos tétricos....y sólo faltaba el carro de la ropa sucia permanentemente allí, como si fuera parte de la decoración.

Muy Recomendable!! Fuimos con la perrita y la verdad que genial. El apartamento tiene de todo y están reformados. Super cerca de la playa y de la playa de perros ? que para nosotros fue super importante.

We stayed at the apartment complex the last week of August 2023 as a family of 5. The complex itself is very dated but in a great location only a short walk to the beach and there is a supermarket with a bakery just across. Street parking is hit or miss. |When we stayed there lots of restaurants/little stores were closed. Not sure if permanently or because of the time of year. |The complex had two pools with salty water and one pool had a slide. I saw people cleaning the pool twice per day but the accumulated sand on the floor was not removed. |The complex provided sun beds and there were some shaded areas. But everything is dated and it shows. |There was a small playground. My kids used without shoes on and they had pitch black feet afterwards. ||The apartment we stayed at had been renovated, but it was tiny with a micro kitchen that had a microwave and a dishwasher, stovetop and fridge. One large and one small pot and two frying pans. The coffee maker was great, a Philips that took nespresso capsules. The kitchen led into the dining and living area and out to a small balcony. The sleeper couch in the living room is not recommended to sleep on for the mattress is poor and if in use, there is zero space. The only AC unit was located in the living room. It was quiet but you had to use it to cool down the place needing to leave the bedroom doors open. |The two bedrooms were big enough for the beds, the built in closets were very small. The mattresses on the beds were ok. |The bathroom is super small and was hard to use assisting little kids showering and it was impossible to keep dry. A large person would not be able to comfortably use the bathroom. There is basically no storage space for toiletries. The towels provided were stained. You could ask for new towels and there were bins on each floor to drop dirty towels. |The apartment walls are very thin and we heard the people above and next to us. Since the place is pet friendly we had dogs barking on our floor. I did not pay attention when we booked, had I known we would not have chosen the place as I do not enjoy listening to dogs barking when on vacation. ||The apartment was not particularly clean which is always an issue for me to be able to enjoy my holidays. The dishes and the cupboards were dirty and I had to clean them prior to use. The floors were dirty and the bathroom shower and floor were not clean. The fridge had a bad smell and I had to wipe it clean before I felt your comfortable to use it. ||The people on our floor kept leaving their trash and their dirty towels in the hallways and the dirt that they made was not cleaned up so the hallway was dirty. ||Because there is no storage you have to take your beach gear to the room which does not help with keeping the place clean. We stored everything on the balcony. The broom and mop provided were really old and dirty. And the storage cupboard has not been cleaned in a really long time.||The staff working at the complex was extremely friendly. We were provided with a small cleaning kit consistent of a dish towel, a sponge and a rag, a small container of dish soap and all purpose cleaner. No paper towels and no hand soap in the bathroom, however shampoo and body wash is provided in the shower and of good quality.||Overall the experience was ok. However we will not be returning for I did not appreciate how dirty it was to my standards and for the apartment having been too small for my liking.

Los de recepción muy amables ,muchas toallas que esto se agradece mucho ,todo lo necesario para limpiar nos déjamos un objeto y lo recuperamos en seguida con muchas facilidades un 10 todo

We spent 20 nights and overall good. We are 5 and had just enough room. The kitchen has the necessary items and big fridge/freezer. Airco works great. Regarding service not so happy, additional requests means money. Wanted to store my car large luggage items and suggested to pay for storage but then allow me to use the free save bike storage. We had leaking in the bathroom and took 3 days to give us a new app. Swimming pool is good but cleaning can be better. Parking is free overall and plenty. Weekends are busy. Beach is the best around the region.
